voices.live is a directory of choirs and concerts. It allows anyone to discover choirs and upcoming concerts, and allows registered users to create and manage choir listings, upload photos and videos, and manage concert dates.
To add or manage choir listings, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
By registering, you confirm that you have reached the age of digital consent in your country (16 years in Germany and most EU countries).
You retain copyright in any photos or videos you upload to voices.live. By uploading content, you grant voices.live a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and store that content as part of the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload does not infringe the rights of third parties and complies with applicable law.
You can delete choir and concert listings you have created at any time via the relevant edit page.
Please note: if you delete your account, any choir or concert listings you created will remain on the platform unless you delete them separately before closing your account. It is not possible to delete listings after the account that created them has been deleted.
You must not use the service to post content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile page (/profile). Upon deletion, your personal information will be removed. Choir and concert listings you created will remain unless you delete them separately.
voices.live is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Choir and concert information is provided by users and we do not guarantee its accuracy. To the extent permitted by German law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at /terms. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin.
